Kandu bridges the gap between desire and opportunity for people who want to work. Through our services, people who might be labeled “unemployable” learn valuable skills and earn a wage. We help eliminate barriers such as past history, skill development or learning process so that everyone who wants to be productive can add value to this community. Kandu turns “potential” into “actual.”

There is an enthusiasm among staff members that glows from their faces and from the faces of the person served. It is evident that a high level of collegiality and respect permeates throughout Kandu. Employment is a choice and the persons served appears to have chosen and enjoy the work they are offered.
