Kandu receives quality recognition through ISO 9001:2000 certification

Holland, Mich., January 3, 2005 – Kandu Incorporated is pleased to announce that they have received ISO 9001:2000 certification for 2005.

“We have been considered ISO-compliant for many years,” says Tom Vreeman, Chief Executive Officer. “We felt it was time to take the next step in our quest for quality by pursuing full certification.”

ISO 9000 has become an international reference for quality management in business to business dealings. “Quality management” refers to the actions an organization takes to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and continually improving its performance.”
